Name of Product: Children's Metal Necklaces
Units: About 55,000
Importer: FAF Inc., of Greenville, R.I.
Hazard: The recalled necklaces contain high levels of cadmium. Cadmium is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Incidents/Injuries: None reported.
Description: The recalled jewelry is shaped as a metal crown or frog pendant on a metal link chain necklace in a crown hinged box. The packaging has the words "The Princess and the Frog" on it and contains the following model numbers and UPC codes:

Frog Model # 4616-4190 UPC # 72783367147
Sold exclusively at: Walmart retail stores nationwide from November 2009 through January 2010 for $5.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately take this recalled jewelry away from children. Consumers should return the recalled jewelry to any Walmart store for a full refund or a free replacement product.

Name of Product: Skull-And-Crossbones Necklaces
Units: About 8,400
Importer: Spencer Gifts LLC, of Egg Harbor Township, N.J.
Hazard: The skull and metal clasp of the necklace contain high levels of lead. Lead can be toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Incidents/Injuries: None reported.
Description: This recall involves a necklace with a "skull-and-crossbones" symbol and a metal clasp. The skull has eleven pieces of rhinestones on its forehead and one rhinestone on both ends of the crossbones.
Sold at: Spirit Halloween and Spencer Gift stores nationwide from November 2006 to December 2008 for between $8 and $10.
Manufactured in: China
Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled necklaces away from children and contact Spencer Gifts for a refund or exchange.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.
Name of Products: Children's Ball and Heart Necklaces, Portable CD and MP3 Players
Units: About 12,000
Importer: Tween Brands Inc., of New Albany, Ohio
Hazard: Surface coatings on these products could contain excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.
Incidents/Injuries: None reported.
Description: This recall involves a Ball and Heart Necklace with pink beads of varying sizes and a pink heart located in the center; a Portable CD Player with flowers and dots available in blue and pink; a pink MP3 Player with purple, green, blue, yellow, and red hearts; and a light blue MP3 Player with a picture of a monkey's face on the front.
Sold at: Limited Too and Justice retail stores nationwide, the Limited Too catazine (catalog), and on www.limitedtoo.com from May 2007 through August 2008. The Ball and Heart Necklace sold for about $8, the Portable CD Players sold for about $25, and the MP3 Players sold for about $55.
Manufactured in: China
Remedy: Consumers should immediately take these recalled products away from children and return them to any Limited Too or Justice store for a full refund and a coupon for a 15% discount off a future purchase.

Hazard: Solder on the charm of the necklace may contain high levels of lead, which if ingested by young children can cause adverse health effects.

Description: The recalled necklace has a silver-colored chain with a silver-colored charm consisting of a pair of ballet shoes and a bow. The necklace was provided with the purchase of a children's book entitled, The Magical Ballet Slippers (alternatively titled Ballerina's Magical Shoes), ISBN 1405411449, published by Parragon Books, Ltd.
