The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, incooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.
Name of Product: "BabyTown" Pacifiers
Units: About 45,000
Importer/Distributor: Shims Bargain Inc., of Los Angeles, Calif.
Hazard: These pacifiers fail to meet federal safety standards for pacifiers. The pacifier shield is too small and could easily enter the mouth of an infant. Incidents/Injuries: None reported.
