Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.
Name of Product: Iron Lover's benches
Units: About 185
Importer: Ross Stores Inc., Pleasanton, Calif.
Hazard: The bench may tip over when only one person is seated on it. This could pose a fall hazard to consumers.
Incidents/Injuries: Ross has received two reports of the bench tipping over. No injuries have been reported.
Description: The recalled metal two-seat bench is 51 inches long with SKU number 400051794482 printed on the price tag. The bench is a bronze color.
Sold exclusively at: Ross Stores nationwide between July 2010 and September 2010 for about $90.
Manufactured in: China
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using these benches and return them to any Ross Store for a full refund.

Belle Vanity Benches Sold Exclusively at Tuesday Morning Stores Recalled By LaMont Limited
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.
Name of Product: Belle Vanity Benches
Units: About 1,900
Importer: LaMont Limited, of Burlington, Iowa
Distributor: Tuesday Morning Stores, of Dallas, Texas
Hazard: Legs on the Belle vanity bench can detach at the weld and allow the bench to collapse, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
Incidents/Injuries: LaMont has received two reports of a leg on the vanity bench detaching at the weld, causing the consumer to fall and sustain minor bruising.
Description: This recall involves Belle vanity benches with a scroll design and padded seat. The wrought iron vanity bench is about 21 3/4 inches from floor to top of rail. The padded seat has an 18 3/4 inch wide off-white damask cover.
Sold exclusively at: Tuesday Morning stores nationwide from May 2010 through June 2010 for about $70.
Manufactured in: China
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the Belle vanity benches and return the product to any Tuesday Morning store for a refund. Consumers can also mail the product directly to LaMont for a refund. Consumers returning the product to LaMont should include in the package, the bench, name, mailing address and phone number. The package should be sent to LaMont Limited, Customer Service, 1530 North Bluff Road, Burlington, Iowa 52601.

Ross Stores Recalls Benches Due to Fall Hazard
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.
Name of Product: 39" St. Anne Acacia Benches
Units: About 225
Importer: Ross Stores Inc., of Pleasanton, Calif.
Hazard: The bench frame can collapse when weight is placed on it, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
Incidents/Injuries: Ross Stores has received two reports of incidents but no reports of injuries.
Description: The benches are made of acacia wood with SKU 400037765413 and manufacturer style number GB1F printed on a hangtag attached to the bench. The acacia wood benches measure 39" wide, 20" deep and 36" high.
Sold at: Ross Stores nationwide in March 2009 for about $90.
Manufactured in: Vietnam
Remedy: Consumers should stop using these benches immediately and return them to any Ross Store for a full refund.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.
Name of product: Best Value Park Benches
Units: About 4,500
Distributor: Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, of Hudson, Ohio
Hazard: The benches can become unstable and break, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
Incidents/Injuries: None reported.
Description: This recall involves Best Value park benches with a green metal frame and wooden slats. The benches measure 50-inches long by 22-inches wide by 30-inches high.
Sold at: Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft stores nationwide from January 2008 through March 2008 for about $30.
Manufactured in: China
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled park benches and return the product to the nearest Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft store for a full refund.
